Lilamani de Silva
Lilamani de Silva was trained in the sciences, marketing and psychology receiving her Masters in Biochemistry at the University of Otago, New Zealand. In an effort to further her career she moved to the UK.

With a need to express a latent creative bent she moved from the microscopic to the macroscopic accepting the post of Clinical Audit Facilitator, at a London based hospital to Asst Press Officer at London Zoo. Her strategic nous, combined with her people skills were invaluable in structuring both fledgling departments, prompting, a career that has spanned a number of interesting avenues; including life coaching, as well as the research, development and production of programmes for television. It was during one of these forays that she then met her colleagues, like minded enterprising, entrepreneurs who were keen to engage in what was then just a concept. Today INTERACT is a reality and a passion come true.
Lilamani's broad range of experiences, knowledge and interaction past and present with people from all walks of life have served her well in identifying how businesses and the people they employ can best serve one another. It is the application of these skills in combination that makes this unique team-building tool so effective.
"From the wealth of experience I have gained I have come to the conclusion that there's a real need for effective communication in the workplace, which can either make or break a company. I wanted people to get back to basics, to sit around a table to come face to face with each other, to discuss differences, and to solve these issues with respect. It's important to feel valued and heard, while having fun. I hope you too can share our vision".
